Salon Policies

All guests will receive treatment that is fair, positive, warm and welcoming. It is our goal to create an environment where individuals feel safe and validated. If you’re in our chairs, you belong.

By scheduling your appointments with myself or with my employees, you accept the following policies. If you do not agree to these standards, please let us know so that I can cancel your appointment, no hard feelings. If your behavior or speech during your appointment does not reflect the standards you’ve agreed to, you’ll be asked to leave, whether your appointment has been completed or not, and your card on file will be charged at least 50% or up to 100% of your price quote.

All guests are asked to complete a liability waiver & a photo release waiver before their appointment. These waivers take about 3 minutes and are available via the link in your confirmation texts. Only the liability waiver is required- you are not obligated to have your photo taken.

  • Guests are expected to treat staff respectfully. We are a queer hair salon, and the people working in the salon are- surprise- queer. If you aren’t part of the LGBTQIA+ community, we still love you and want you in our space, as long as you’re a true ally. Homophobia, transphobia, or any other kind of bigoted speech is absolutely not allowable.
  • When you book your appointments, you’re required to provide a credit card number to hold your appointment. We do not have access to this information, and the site does not charge you, unless you fail to give proper notice for cancellation. You will be charged 50% of your appointment total if you fail to show up or cancel with 48+ hours notice.
  • We understand that life gets in the way of what we really want sometimes- traffic, difficulty with kids in the morning, oversleeping.. it happens. However, if you are 15 minutes late, we may have to alter your appointment’s contents (such as doing a midi highlight instead of the maxi you originally booked for). Guests that are 30+ minutes late are subject to be rescheduled, and a fee will be taken that is equal to 50% of your scheduled service total.
  • We do our best for our clients. We work hard to provide a high level of service and we hold ourselves to that with every session. Before your service, we will ask you question after question to ensure that we have the same end goal in mind. We will let you know if we predict any complications or see any contraindications for your service. We will perform necessary strand tests, and use the gentlest possible chemicals we can while still achieving your desired result. We include Olaplex in every lightening service to aid in the prevention of damage. With this in mind, hairstylists are not magicians. It is your responsibility as a client to provide us with the clearest possible idea, and the most accurate chemical history you’re able to recall.
  • It is also the client’s responsibility to make future appointments and obtain proper care products to achieve or keep up with your desired result. We are able to assist with these things and will offer that help to you.
  • If, for some reason, we are not able to get you to your expected result during your appointment, no refunds are offered. Instead, you have one week from your appointment to contact the Studio to ask for adjustment. We reserve the right to refuse further service if the integrity of your hair would be put at risk!
  • We do not offer refunds on returned retail, but we will offer 30% credit for an exchange on a different product from our shop.
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges for non-haircare merchandise (shirts, stickers, etc) or on any items sold by the small business vendors we work with.

At Baphomet Studio, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients’ personal information. We collect email addresses and phone numbers from our clients solely for the purpose of providing them with our services, as well as sending them deals, offers, and promotions related to our business. We do not sell or misuse this information in any way.
